Return / Exchange Process for Saudi Arabia
At KASWA, we are proud to offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Click on ‘My Account’ on the menu and login Click ‘My Returns’ Click on ‘Create new return’ and select the items you want to return Click on ‘Proceed’ and enter your address, and reason for return Our courier will collect the items from you within 3 days Once the item is picked up, the amount will be refunded as KASWA credit points within 48 hours
Below are the steps which customer needs to follow if he/she is unable to create a return through our website:
- Customer needs to inform us about the item which he/she wish to return through emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at +971 50 1505281 to initiate the return process
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from his doorstep within 3 working days
- Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically, 48hours after the item is collected back.
- Customer can use his/her credit points to re-order any other item of received credit points.
- The credit points to be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issue.
Trade in/ Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges in the form of KASWA Credit points. This means that if you are not satisfied by the product received, you can exchange your item. SAR 25 will be charged as return/collection fee and you will be issued credit points for remaining value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to place another order of received credit points. For example, if you have paid SAR 200 for an item, we’ll give you KASWA credit points of SAR 175 after the item is returned to us in the original condition.
- Any product which is ‘Stitched’ for the customer size will NOT be covered in exchange policy.
- Similarly, any un-stitched product purchased from KASWA will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched.
- Please note that the delivery charges are not refundable.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Item should be in original/good condition along with the original tag and should not be used.
- It should also be in the original packing/ brand box you received.
*Kaswa Collections has full rights to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice.
There is no cash refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can apply for return within 7 days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item is delivered. Kaswa Collections is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. However, any such item(s) will NOT be entertained for return if it is used, washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.

Any items that are at discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
